Ground To launch Winter Break Program
December 20-23 & 27-30
12 & Under: 10am-12:30pm
13 & Up: 1PM-3:30pm
$250 for all 8 days
The GTL program is primarily focusing on the providing the knowledge for the different mechanical rotations in the throw. The hips, the arms, neck, and legs all rotate different during a throw. We want to provide correct activation, stretching, and strengthening to the different joint and muscles involved with a throw. We will also have the throwing section of the program. We will be providing a drill routine to properly prepare the arm to be season ready over a 6 week time period. If you are between seasons of throwing and NOT to be in a throwing group you will have additional drill work implemented to your schedule.
